In today’s fast-moving workplaces and gated communities, managing visitors securely and efficiently is essential. I recently designed a modern Visitor Management System (VMS) mobile app that streamlines the entire process while keeping the interface clean, intuitive, and future-ready.
✨ What the App Does
The VMS app allows security teams and residents to easily manage visitor entries and exits. With features like QR-based check-ins, instant gate pass generation, and real-time visitor logs, the app creates a frictionless and secure experience from the moment a visitor arrives.
🎨 Design Approach
I built the UI in both Light Mode and Dark Mode, using a modern visual language with gradients, simple typography, and smooth interactions. The goal was to make the app not only functional for guards and administrators but also visually comfortable for frequent daily use.
